Freestyle Trampoline is the basis of all spatial awareness skills in so many sports, it builds on the basic skills of traditional trampolining and then allows the athlete to freestyle and develop their very own set of skills and tricks.
We focus on fun in a continued learning of the ABC’s of movement: Agility, Balance, Coordination & Speed. Through play and movement, our athletes are developing the fundamental movement patterns, skills, strength, and mobility that will provide them a foundation for learning even more skills that are applicable to so many of their other sports.
All lessons are taught by certified coaches using the Canada Sport For Life age-appropriate levels. Our Coaches guide these young athletes through active play, helping build important connections within the brain and between the brain and their muscles.
Start with the basics of trampoline safety and continue to work on developing skills at your athlete’s pace and comfort level. -
Skateboarding is the ultimate freestyle sport and today’s top athletes have taken this sport to a whole new level.
Our skateboarding programs start for first-timers all the way through to advanced skaters. We use a mix of mini pipe, street, and park features in our progression-based programs.
It is a great, and cheap, way for kids, of all ages, to get out and get moving. So, set your kids up for success by having a great time starting and building on a solid foundation of skills.

Parkour is about getting from one point to another in a complex environment and without assistive equipment.
We focus on teaching tricks and acrobatic skills that can be combined to add complexity and style to any and all movements.
Our Parkour program includes the full spectrum of this sport from floor tricks to trampolining, running, climbing, swinging, vaulting, jumping, rolling, crawling, and other movements suitable for the situation or obstacle.
All age groups will have continued emphasis on the ABC’s of movement: Agility, Balance, Coordination & Speed with our qualified and skilled Coaches. -
Gymnastics is a sport discipline that combines artistic gymnastics, trampoline, and tumbling. This is an amazing foundation sport because it increases strength, flexibility, coordination, and body awareness.
Throughout the gymnastics Lesson programs, athletes will learn and master skills on the spring floor for tumbling, the gymnastics equipment, and also trampolines, as well as increasing their strength and flexibility.
All of this can help and will develop a wide variety of skills that are transferrable and necessary in other sports. Whether you are a dancer, acrobat, gymnast, or cheerleader, there will always have something new and exciting to be learned.

MTB club:
Designed to further progress the skills of our athletes while incorporating a club environment. This program will provide more of a sense of community and team bonding. Covering trail and bike maintenance, trail etiquette, cornering, jumping, pumping, and maneuvering technical terrain, we will develop these skills through our progression-based curriculum.
Club rides are typically every Saturday throughout the Spring, Summer, and Fall. Groups are split up based on age and skill level, Beginner and Experienced options.
Race Development Program:A two-month program designed to provide local riders with training, support, guidance, and leadership to help each rider achieve their goals and continue to boost the excitement for mountain bike riding on the island.

Airhouse's sell-out snow season High Performance program is carefully designed for teen and adult athletes and is powered by trampoline equipment from our pals at Ski and Snowboard Addiction.
